Truly enjoyed my amazing stay for more than 1 night next time. the staff, everyone, was helpful. the room was well-designed and brand-new, had a private bathroom. the location was exceptionally nice and great, overlooking the mountain. There was a pizza restaurant nearby.

There where climate control, flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in the rooms, which made them stylish...

lovely small place, it has great location just next door to costa rica, restaurants, and the beach and volcan arenal. having climate control, a safe, and a cable tv with on-demand movies in our huge and clean room. offers great service and yummy food. what is more, there is free wi-fi throughout the property.

We were excited to have a room with a hot tub, and the nice touch of coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware.

The room was spacious and new, with a beautiful view of the river, and the hotel is conveniently located near the beach, Volcan Arenal, Costa Rica.

lovely stay in san mateo this summer at a small gem in the hills. poza blanca lodge wowed us with its peaceful grounds, top-notch cuisine, and attentive staff. a true hidden paradise to relax and enjoy exquisite italian-style dining.

Our two-night stay at Poza Blanca Lodge was absolutely wonderful. Tucked away in the hills, this charming boutique hotel provided a serene and peaceful retreat. The grounds were well-maintained, and we loved the small pool and playground for our children. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed, with a cozy balcony to enjoy the views. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and we were particularly impressed with the quality of their morning coffee. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby coastal area and Jaco or making a stop on our way to La Fortuna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hidden gem.

While everything was fine during our stay, we were a bit disappointed that the pool was on the smaller side.

Nestled in the hills, this boutique lodge is a divine escape from the city. We loved the immaculate gardens featuring a playground for children and a small pool for soaking up the sun. Our spacious, brilliantly designed room had a balcony with a glorious view of the river. the attentive service at breakfast was outstanding. the Italian restaurant deserves a separate mention for its fresh and flavorsome cuisine.

The construction noise was a slight disturbance.

Beautiful gardens, delicious Italian cuisine, and comfy rooms. The hotel's gardens were stunning, with lots of flowers and greenery, making it feel like an oasis. The Italian food served at the hotel's restaurant was fresh, tasty, and of high quality, and our room was very comfortable and clean. Also, the hotel's staff were friendly and accommodating.

Spent Christmas at this amazing lodge and it was the best decision ever! The staff was super attentive and made us feel like family. The rooms were very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful, with a lovely river right next to it. We enjoyed playing with the animals, especially the deers, and the small park was perfect for our children. The Italian restaurant was a highlight with its delicious lunch, and the fact that we had access to Netflix was a great bonus!

The shower could have been better designed as it did not drain directly into the drain. However, this was a minor issue as the bathroom was otherwise very nice.

Stayed here for a business trip. the rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, with a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. the location was perfect for a day trip to the beach or a stop on the way to the mountains. the staff was very attentive and the Wi-Fi worked great.

The pool was small and the shower had a bit of a design flaw, but nothing major. it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.
